• Two 60-Minute Prenatal Visits: Meet with your dedicated birth team to discuss birth preferences, answer questions, and prepare for labor and delivery.
• In-Person Labor Support: Receive compassionate, hands-on support from the on-call doula during labor, providing guidance, comfort, and encouragement.
• Two-Hour Postpartum Visit: Benefit from additional support during your postpartum period with a two-hour, in-home visit from your birth doula to assist with newborn care, address any concerns, and help ease your transition.
